This service is provided as a convenience to such government agencies, NPRC members and other interested parties. Such postings will necessarily not be exhaustive; that is, absence of a posting does not mean that a reporting option or mandate has not changed. NPRC will not validate, confirm or research any information offered for posting by a government agency and assumes no responsibility for its accuracy, timeliness or completeness. NPRC will post such information as space, cost and time allows, which may be subject to significant constraints. Users of this Site acknowledge that it remains their responsibility to determine such requirements and changes independently.

- the pricing policies of any Member or any of their competitors, or the fees or prices charged by them or by any of their competitors, whether in the past or in the present, or to be charged in the future, for services, technology, supplies, equipment, or software provided by them or by any of their competitors, or the terms and conditions that might affect the pricing of any such services, technology, supplies, equipment, or software,
- (ii) the division or allocation of the geographical areas served by them or any of their competitors,
- (iii) the volume of business conducted by them or any of their competitors, (iv) their costs of operations or the costs of operation of any of their competitors, or the costs of services, technology, supplies, equipment, or software provided to them or to any of their competitors,
- (v) their specific customers or the specific customers of any of their competitors, or
- (vi) their business plans or the business plans of any of their competitors.
Participation of Members in any action, decision, discussion, or consideration in violation of the antitrust laws described above, whether or not involving the use of the NPRC or its meetings or resources, is a violation of the NPRC Bylaws and grounds for expulsion as provided in the Bylaws.
