Policy Directors and Consultants serve as lead subject matter experts on topics that are critical to the payroll services industry, and are authorized to lead major initiatives, speak on behalf of the industry and sign NPRC letters. These individuals have extensive experience in analyzing legislation, rulemaking and affected systems and making recommendations to facilitate efficient administration of employment-related reporting.
